Return Process

To submit a return request, click on the profile icon in the store navigation.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved, you receive an email with further instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for returning and shipping the products back to us, and the original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable. We also recommend adding insurance to any shipment you send to us to avoid any complications.
