Shipping Timelines
We offer Canada-wide shipping and local pickup options in the Greater Toronto Area. Our standard shipping timelines apply to orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day.
Standard Shipping Estimates
- Small Parcel Orders (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, etc.) → Ships within 5-7 business days
Local Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)
- Local deliveries will be scheduled 3 days after everything is in stock and can take up to 2 weeks from the scheduling date.
Special Order & Extended Lead Time Items
Some products have longer fulfillment times and do not follow standard shipping timelines.
- Special Order Items & Pre-Orders – These products are clearly marked on the product page below the ‘Add to Cart’ button with their estimated shipping time frame.
- While we strive to provide the most accurate estimates, these dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Parcel Orders (Small & Medium Items)
- Shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar
- Standard delivery to your shipping address
Pickup Options (Greater Toronto Area)
We offer free local pickup at our locations in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Vaughan Pickup → Orders typically ready within 3-5 business days
- Mississauga Pickup → Orders typically ready within 4-6 business days
- Whitby Pickup → Orders typically ready within up to 5-7 business days (items are transferred from our primary warehouse in Vaughan)
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please schedule an appointment before arriving.
Shipping Charges & Refund Policy
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
- If the item is confirmed stolen, we will provide a replacement whenever possible.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
